A successful show requires a team effort. The team is comprised of the musicians and the mixperson. The job of this team is to facilitate the band's success by building a reputation as a "must hear" act. To "get the job done", each member of the team must perform certain tasks. The mixperson's task is to deliver the musicians' performance to the audience with the highest possible feeling and fidelity at a volume level that is enjoyable and safe for all. The musicians' task is to render a quality performance at a volume level that allows the mixperson to accomplish his/her aforementioned task. (Loudness is not synonymous with power or dynamics.) If you want a mixperson who will make you sound your best, contact TP Audio. (If it should happen that we don't feel that we can best fulfill for your needs, we will refer you to a number of other companies who may be a "better fit".) |
