Relaxation Technique (Insomnia Treatment)

Have trouble falling asleep?  I used to.  I was taught this simple method and found it to work wonders.

Flex your toes for a few seconds, then begin to relax them.   As you relax your toes, start to flex your feet.  Then as you relax your feet flex your ankles, etc.  Work your way up your body until you have reached your neck muscles.  Then work your way back down to your toes.  When I did this, I never made it past three round trips and I was out!
